Finally, the data can be communicated in case of request to the competent authorities in fulfilment of obligations arising from mandatory legal provisions.

– to access, rectify, cancel, limit and oppose the processing of data;

– to obtain without any impediments the data from the data controller in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device in order to transmit them to another data controller;

– to revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired prior to the revocation;

– to apply to the Data Protection Authority responsible for the protection of personal data to lodge an objection.
